London Chinese Cultural Centre

The Chinese Cultural Centre is a London based non-profit arts organisation founded in 1986. Responding to London's role as the cultural city of Great Britain, the CCC seeks to present and produce programme of current global relevance within a community context at important venues.

Through its vigorous cultural and educational programmes, including lectures, workshops, exhibitions, performing arts and its annual Chinese Film, Moon and New Year Festivals, the Centre promotes and fosters the understanding and appreciation of Chinese and British Chinese Culture.
The CCC also administers the London Chinese Orchestra, the Chinese Film Society, the Chinese Dance and Mime Theatre Company as well as providing infornation and advisory services in Chinese Arts and related matters.

The Chinese Cultural Centre has received an Award from the London First Millenium Project Trust in January 2001 for its Dragon 2000 Festival in recognition of its excellence in creating one of London's Best 2000 Festivals.
